Vijay Nambiar, Pak. envoy

NEW DELHI, APRIL 3. Mr. Vijay K. Nambiar will be India's new High Commissioner to Pakistan, the Foreign Office announced today.

Mr. Nambiar who is currently heading the Indian mission in Beijing will succeed Mr. G. Parthasarathy in Islamabad.
