Judge discharged from service

BANGALORE, APRIL 3. The Governor, Ms. V. S. Rama Devi, has ordered that the First Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore City, Mr. Kazia Mohammed Muzzammil, be discharged from service with immediate effect on the ground that he is ``unsuitable to hold the post of a District Judge.''

It is said that a panel of the High Court judges inquired into his conduct and recommended to the Government that Mr. Muzzammil, who is a probationer, was ``unsuitable'' to hold the post of a District Judge.
