Three killed in CPI(M)-TC feud

BARDDHAMAN (WEST BENGAL), APRIL 20. Three persons, including two leaders, were killed in attacks and counter-attacks between activists of CPI(M) and Trinamool Congress (TC) in Kanksa area of Barddhaman district .

An ATC supporter, Kumar Dom (27), was shot dead while he was working in a field , police said. His brother, who was working with Dom and tried to rescue him, was missing. The incident was a sequel to the killings of a TC and a CPI(M) leader on Tuesday.A TC leader, Amar Goswami (45) was hacked to death and another was injured at Shibpur village allegedly by CPI(M) workers.

In a retaliatory attack, CPI(M) leader, Nabakumar Ghosh (50) was dragged from his house at Binodpur village and axed to death.
