HC notices to JMM leaders

NEW DELHI, MAY 2. The Delhi High Court today issued notices to three Jharkhand Mukti Morcha leaders-Mr. Shibu Soren, Rajya Sabha MP, Mr. Suraj Mandal and Mr. Simon Marandi- in a forgery case related to the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MPs' bribery case.

The notices, returnable by August 9, were issued by Mr. Justice Dalveer Bhandari, on an application by the Central Bureau of Investigation for their prosecution.
