We are willing to talk: Kadirgamar

NEW DELHI, MAY 18. Sri Lanka today said it was willing to open talks with the LTTE if the latter was willing to do so.

``....We are prepared to start talks even tomorrow morning if the LTTE is willing to do so. We have said that and we do not go back on the stand at all,'' the Sri Lankan Foreign Minister, Mr. Lakshman Kadirgamar told Aaj Tak in Colombo.
