Sharif indicted in tax case

ISLAMABAD, JUNE 2. An accountability court indicted the former Pakistan Prime Minister, Mr. Nawaz Sharif, on a tax evasion charge today.

Mr. Sharif's lawyer was not present when the Judge read out the charge filed by the Military Government that he concealed his personal helicopter from tax and election authorities.
