HC grants bail

PATNA, JULY 10. Patna High Court today granted bail to Mr. R.K. Das, an administrative officer, Animal Husbandry Department, in connection with the multi-crore fodder scam.

Justice Nagendra Roy allowed Das' prayer for bail after hearing his counsel, Ms. Anjana Prakash and CBI standing counsel, Mr. Rakesh Kumar.
