Two share lead

CALCUTTA, AUG. 29. Top seeded Suvrajit Saha of Bengal and his state-mate second seeded IM Shankar Roy made it a two-way fight for supremacy winning their respective top table matches in the ninth round of the inaugural all-India FIDE rated chess meet here at the Khudiram Indoor Practice Centre on Tuesday.

Both Roy, who beat Bangladesh challenger Syed Ruhul Kabir, and Roy, who downed Bengal's Joydeb Saha, netted one point each to steer clear into leadership with 7.5 points.
