Bomb scare delays jet

NEW DELHI, DEC. 10. A Jammu-bound jet airways plane was delayed for an hour at the Indira Gandhi international airport here this morning following a bomb scare, airport sources said.

Immediately after receiving the anonymous call, the passengers were off-loaded and the aircraft was searched even as fire tenders were rushed and all security precautions taken.

The plane was cleared and left for its destination after an hour's delay, the sources said.
