VIP movement affected

IMPHAL, DEC. 12. Movement of senior political leaders has been restricted in Manipur with their security guards joining the five-day old `arms down' strike by Manipur rifles'jawans, official sources said today.

Personal security guards belonging to first and second battalions have joined the ranks of striking jawans demanding payment of arrears of house rent and special compensatory allowances.
