Company MD abducted
DHANBAD, DEC. 14. The managing director of Hindustan Malleables,
Mr. Ashok Jalan, was today abducted by armed miscreants while he
was on his way to the factory.
The Dhanbad Superintendent of Police, Mr. Abdul Gani Mir, told
PTI that the jeep-borne kidnappers intercepted Mr. Jalan's car at
about 8.45 a.m. on Hirak Road, dragged him out of the car and
took him away.
The vehicle was found deserted on the road but there was no trace
of Mr. Jalan.
