Ravi Shankar honoured
KOLKATA. FEB. 10. Sitar maestro Pandit Ravi Shankar has been
bestowed the award of Honorary Knight Commander of the order of
the British Empire by the Queen in recognition of his service to
music.
The British High Commission in New Delhi would felicitate Pandit
Ravi Shankar on March 27.
