Training in Ayurveda
WITH THE old system of Ayurveda catching on in the metro, isn't
it useful to learn the art of Ayurvedic massage - so that you can
do it at home - for the entire family? Sukhada in association
with Vaidyaratnam Oushadhasala is offering training in Ayurvedic
massage from May 19 to 25. Simple rejuvenative and stress
relieving methods such as Abyanga will be demonstrated by
experts. There are separate sessions for men and women. The
training programme will be followed by a yoga camp. Call 3712329
or 4853107 for details.
