From the data set out, it appears that Mars in 8 may not be a serious obstacle - since Lord of 8 is exalted, and is aspected too by auspicious Jupiter. Ketu in 7 can delay marriage, but Venus, Lord of 7, also Kalathra Karaka, is well-placed in a Kendra from the Moon and from the Lagna.
