Pentamedia to merge three subsidiaries

CHENNAI, MAY 25. Pentamedia Graphics has stated in a Communication to the Madras Stock Exchange that the subsidiary companies namely Media Dreams, Mayajaal and Krish Srikanth Sports and Entertainment would be merged into a single entity.

The combined entity would be called `Penta Entertainment Ltd''.
