SCR introduces 7 new trains

HYDERABAD, JUNE 27. The South Central Railway has announced that
seven new trains have been introduced, six trains' routes
extended, eight trains speeded up and 14 trains have had their
numbers changed. These changes will be listed in the new
timetable which was released here on Wednesday and is applicable
from July 1.
Train No. 7003/7004 Secunderabad - Dharmavaram Express will be
introduced soon, and train no. 486/485 Macherla - Nadikudi
Passenger will be introduced from July 1.
Train No. 7616/7615 Kacheguda-Palasa Visakha Express will be
extended to Bhubaneshwar and train no. 525/526 Secunderabad-
Mahbubnagar passenger will be extended to Dronachalam.
Train No. 7017/7018 Rajkot-Secunderabad weekly Express will be
made a bi-weekly from July 7. It will depart from Secunderabad on
Tuesday and Saturday and from Rajkot on Thursday and Monday.
Train No. 7227/7228 Vijayawada-Vasco-da-Gama bi-weekly express
will now leave Vijayawadai on Monday and Thursday and will leave
Vasco on Wednesday and Saturday. Train no. 7225/7226 Vijaywada-
Hubli Express will now leave Vijaywada on all days except Monday
and Thursday and will depart from Hubli on all days except
Wednesday and Saturday.
Train no. 7444/7443 Kakinada-Chennai Circar Express has been re-
numbered 7243/7244. Train no. 431A/432A Vijaywada- Rajahmundhry
passenger has been re-numbered 429/430. Train no. 241/242
Tirupati-Katpadi passenger has been re-numbered 201/202. Train
no. 287A/288A Guntakal-Bellary passenger has been re-numbered
289/290.
Train no. 2760 Hyderabad-Chennai Charminar Express has been
speeded up by 30 minutes, it will now leave Hyderabad at 6 p.m.
instead of 7 p.m. and arrive at Chennai at 7.55 a.m. instead of
9.20 a.m. Train no. 7029 Ernakulam-Hyderabad Express will leave
Ernakulam at 10.50 a.m. and arrive at Hyderabad at 1.40 p.m.
Train no. 7048/7047 Secunderabad - Kakinada Port Gautami Express
will now leave Secunderabad at 8.30 p.m. and reach Kakinada Port
at 7.25 a.m. It will leave from there at 7.15 p.m.
