Padmanabhaiah briefs Advani

NEW DELHI, AUG. 8. The Centre's interlocutor, Mr. K. Padmanabhaiah, today met the Home Minister, Mr. L.K. Advani, and briefed him on the outcome of his talks with the NSCN(I-M) leader, Mr. Isaac Muivah.

After his return from Amsterdam yesterday, he had stated that ``the ceasefire with the NSCN(I-M) holds. Talks between the Government representative and the NSCN will continue.''
