Turnover period abolished
NEW DELHI, AUG. 20. The Government today decided to abolish the
turnover period limit of 30 days imposed on recognised dealers of
sugar in a bid to further liberalise the trade. The decision has
been taken in view of the comfortable position of domestic
availability of sugar, an official release said here.
