Anthrax scare
By Our Special Correspondent
NEW DELHI, OCT. 30. The anthrax scare today spread to the
Rashtrapati Bhavan. A suspicious looking envelope was received at
the office of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) around noon and it
has been sent to the National Institute of Communicable Diseases
(NICD) for testing. The envelope was found in the daily mail
basket of the office and had probably come through the post.
