MUMBAI, JAN. 20. The Home Minister, L. K. Advani, said today that if Pakistan extradites underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim, one of the 20 terrorists and criminals wanted by India, it would have a ``dramatic effect'' on the people here.

Describing Ibrahim, who masterminded the serial bomb blasts in the metropolis, as ``personification of terrorism in India,'' Mr. Advani said ``if Pakistan extradites Dawood to India, then it will have dramatic effect on the pulse of the people here.'' Mr. Advani, who was addressing a public meeting here, said he had stressed on the need for an extradition treaty between India and Pakistan during his talks with Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf, prior to Agra summit.
