Additional charge

NEW DELHI, FEB. 12. The Andhra Pradesh Governor, C. Rangarajan, has been given additional charge of Kerala in the absence of Sukhdev Singh Kang.

Dr. Rangarajan would discharge the functions of the Governor of

Kerala, in addition to his own duties, a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said.
