By Our Special Correspondent NEW DELHI, FEB. 12. Indian Airlines today announced an across the board increase of six per cent in passenger fares from February 15. In the North- East sector where fares are subsidised, the airline has increased fares between 10 to 15 per cent. Even after increasing fares in the North-East, air fares in the rest of India will on an average be over 14 per cent higher than in the North-East. The hike is expected to yield Rs. 35 crores in a financial year and Rs. 5 crores in this fiscal.
