Militants fire rockets

JAMMU, FEB. 18. Panic gripped Rajouri when militants fired two rockets on the town last night.

The DIG, Rajouri-Poonch range, S.S. Bijral, said the rockets were fired around 10 p.m. in gap of five minutes. The first rocket hit the residential complex of the four-storeyed Himalayan Education Mission Building. The second fell in an isolated area.
