Letters to the Editor
Sir, The plight of the people of Gujarat is pathetic and awful. Burning trains, looting shops and above all burning human beings alive is not the solution to the Ayodhya issue. The Army was called in to bring the situation under control. President's rule should be imposed in Gujarat to control the riots. Every religion preaches humanity and fostering love. But those fighting for the present cause are defying the very essence of religion. The situation is being watched by the entire world. People should be more concerned with promoting India at every level globally, irrespective of caste, religion, language and creed.
