By Our Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI MARCH 5. The Union Health Minister, C.P. Thakur, today announced the setting up of an experts committee to go into the recent outbreak of plague. The panel would be headed by Raghunath of the Armed Forces Medical Services, who is also expert on bio-warfare.

Speaking to reporters after launching a device developed by a Australia-based NRI scientist for control of female urinary incontinence, Dr. Thakur said the panel would, among other things, look at the manner in which the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, dealt with the epidemic.
