Letters to the Editor
Sir, The Communications Minister appears to be least concerned about the postal services. The postal department's Speed Post service is supposed to be speedy, but my experience has been different. The Speed Post from Hyderabad to Bangalore took three days and the acknowledgement card was returned from the post office from where it was posted. On enquiry, all I could get was some free advice not to attach the acknowledgement card at all as it was not expected to be delivered. The postal service is quite aptly named the snail mail. S. Raghuram, Hyderabad
