Quake hits Kutch.

NEW DELHI MARCH 30. An earthquake, measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale, rocked the Rann of Kutch in Gujarat this morning, Meterological Department sources said.

The tremor, which occured at 11-48 am was epicentered at latitude 23.4 and longitude 70.4.

There have been no reports of any loss of life or damage to property so far, sources said.
