Pay hike for teachers

NEW DELHI APRIL 4. Nearly 25,000 primary school teachers belonging to the Union Territory cadres and Kendriya Vidyalayas would get enhanced payscales with the Union Cabinet giving its clearance to the long-pending issue, the Human Resource Development Minister, Murli Manohar Joshi, said here today.
