CHENNAI, April 6. A senior official of the Kuwaiti Embassy who was here to ascertain the views of the Kuwaiti woman, Dhalal Falag Al-Azmi who was arrested here for entering the country on a "forged Indian passport'' with her Indian companion returned to Delhi this morning without meeting her.
