Opinion - Letters to the Editor

The wait continues

Sir, — The best claim to fame for Prabakaran is that he initially did manage to get political support from some Tamil Nadu politicians. But let us make no mistake about this: Indians will never forgive or forget the killers of Rajiv Gandhi.

And anyone supporting him for political reasons risks the wrath of the majority of Indians for at least until this generation passes on. The agonising wait for an average Indian to bring Prabakaran to justice only continues.

B. Parthasarathy,
Chennai
