Sir, The latest discovery today is the human bomb. It is affordable by the richest or the poorest nation. Science and technology stands helpless without a clue before this small but terminal weapon. Human beings without any distinction are its victims. The weapon and its user are the same entity and there is no way of separating them. The great powers of the West have no answer to this weapon. The wise East may have a solution but they are silent about it. Meanwhile, the human bomb has become the emperor of all modes of destruction.
