Unichem sets up JV in U.K.

CHENNAI: Unichem Laboratories has announced a joint venture, Niche Generics Limited, in the U.K,. along with the erstwhile executive directors of Bioglan Generics Limited. Niche Generics will buy certain assets and product licences of the Bioglan group, comprising a manufacturing facility in Ireland and a range of product licences.
