Polaris Software registers 4 p.c. growth

Polaris Software group's revenues registered a four per cent growth for the year ended March 31, 2002 at Rs. 293.80 crores against Rs. 282.51 crores and the net profit declined marginally to Rs. 58.86 crores from Rs. 59.67 crores. Polaris Software Lab's revenues stood at Rs, 283.94 crores and the net profit stood at Rs. 61.65 crores. Offshore revenues were up by 45 per cent to Rs. 177 crores in the year under reference. The directors have recommended a dividend of 35 per cent on an enhanced ex-bonus capital from 30 per cent last fiscal.
