Mr. Justice Bharucha, who was given a farewell by the Supreme Court Bar and other judges on the eve of his superannuation, reminded the Bar that it was as much a custodian like the Supreme Court in protecting the fundamental rights of the citizens. Responding to the felicitations from the Bar that he was a ``fearless and upright judge with unmatched integrity'', Mr. Justice Bharucha said ``As a judge, I have done no more than doing justice as I saw it without fear, favour or affection, that, I think all judges do. Therefore, I deserve no more than the other judges.'' He said he was leaving the Supreme Court in the able hands of Justice B.N. Kirpal (who is to be sworn-in as the Chief Justice on Monday) in whose leadership the court would achieve much greater heights. Paying tributes to the qualities of Mr. Justice Bharucha, Mr. Justice Kirpal said ``as a member of his team, I can say that he led from the front like a good captain in the cricket field.
