Kirtinath Hazarika dead

GUWAHATI MAY 4. Assamese journalist and litterateur Kirtinath Hazarika died at a hospital here following a heart attack. Mr. Hazarika, 77, is survived by wife and two sons. As founder Editor of Dainik Asom, the Assamese daily of the Assam Tribune group of newspapers, he served the paper till his retirement.
