Germany to downsize its mission in Pak.

By Shujaat Bukhari

BERLIN MAY 27. After the British and the French, it is now Germany's turn to downsize its mission in Pakistan.

The German Embassy here has sent an advisory to this effect to Islamabad, a senior official in the Foreign Office told The Hindu.

In view of the situation in Pakistan, it had been decided to ask the members of the German mission to send their dependents, and the staff which was not important, back home.
