Denmark wins

Ulsan (S. Korea) June 1. Jon Dahl Tomasson struck two goals to hand Denmark a 2-1 win over Uruguay in World Cup Group A today.

Tomasson scored in the 45th minute and grabbed the winner seven minutes from time, heading a Jorgensen cross off the underside of the bar.— AP
