ITCOT seminar on call centres

CHENNAI: Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation of Tamilnadu (ITCOT), which has held seminars on the burgeoning call centre business in various cities in India, is now taking the programme to Dubai. ITCOT, in association with GTL (formerly Global Telesystems), will organise a two-day seminar on call centres on June 26 and 27 at the Hotel Taj International, Dubai.
