IT return preparation software

CHENNAI JUNE 26 . Integrated Hitech, a listed company engaged in software development, education, training and providing IT solutions, has launched income tax return preparation software (application version and internet version).

Addressing presspersons here today A. Gerald Ebenezer, chairman and managing director of the company said the products named easitax 4.0 and easitax 4.1, would provide a simple solution to the complex tax system of India.

The software would guide and help the user to prepare and file income tax return and integrated easily to existing payroll, accounting and ERP system for group filing of returns.

With the section 139 (1) of the Income Tax act enabling the employer of a company to file income tax returns of employees from 2003-04, Integrated Hitech was planning to come out with bulk processing tax software for corporates soon. It would also be operating a call centre from July 1 which would provide information on tax issues and consultation.
