Rain toll rises to 25

GANDHINAGAR JUNE 28 . Normal life has been paralysed in parts of Gujarat due to torrential rains in the past 48 hours, that has claimed 25 lives, disrupted road and rail traffic and forced people to shift to safer places from low lying areas.

Twentyfive deaths due to rain-related incidents were reported from Navsari, Valsad, Baroda, Surat and Amreli.
