The police have named the Rangers Inspector, Wasim Akhtar, as one of the conspirators in the April 26 plot. On Monday, the police had charged three activists of the Harkat- ul- Mujahideen for a series of blasts. In the course of interrogation, the authorites learnt about the attempt on the life of Gen. Musharraf.
