Bomb scare

New Delhi July 11. Panic gripped the high-security Diplomatic Enclave area of the capital today, following a bomb scare near the Canadian Embassy. However, the call received at around 11 a.m. turned out to be a hoax as no explosive was found after a thorough search by the police, assisted by the Bomb Disposal Squad and the Dog Squad. Already there is tight security in the area since the September 11 attacks. — PTI
