Sir, Your report `Ball in Pak. Court' (July 23) should have been a clear indication as to the whereabouts of the ball. But Pakistan does not agree. It says it is in the Indian court. Simple, patriotic and all-believing citizens who are always led up the garden path by their Governments are baffled. The fact is that these most self-righteous Governments are not playing any ball game. Both the countries are sinking on the index for human resource developmentas well as other such indices which indicates a general degradation.
