``Foreign workers could surge four-fold by 2015 and limit job chances for nationals in the absence of serious measures to make the private sector recruit more natives and ease reliance on expatriates,'' the study said. The local labour market is already reeling under the domination of expatriates, who exceeded 1.45 million workers at the end of last year, accounting for more than 90 per cent of the total workforce, according to the study by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Asians comprised around 83 per cent of expatriate workers and Indians alone surpassed 53 per cent. PTI
