Mahajan ready for any test

By Our Special Correspondent

MUMBAI Aug. 23. The Union Communications Minister, Pramod Mahajan, said here today that he was ready to undergo any test, provided the investigating agency wanted it, in the Shivani Bhatnagar murder case.

Mr. Mahajan told reporters that he was also prepared to face any police interrogation on the basis of the evidence they had.

``I am even open to trial by the media and reply to any question provided you can substantiate it''.

He was not in a hurry to file a defamation suit against Ms. Sharma, wife of R.K. Sharma, IPS., the prime accused in the case, who is absconding.

Meanwhile, Mr. Sharma was today suspended from service by the Haryana Government.
