Mr. Sharma, former IGP (Prisons), is said to be at large and has failed to rejoin his duty after the expiry of his leave. The Delhi Police have already issued non-bailable warrants against him. The Haryana Chief Minister, Om Prakash Chautala, had asked Mr. Sharma to ``surrender'' before the Delhi Police so that ``truth may prevail''.
