Inflation up by 3.41 p.c.

New Delhi Sept. 1. The annual rate of inflation inched up by 0.38 per cent to this year's high of 3.41 percent for the week ended August 17 due to the rise in the prices of coarse grains, groundnut seed and soyabean oil. — UNI
