Infosys working on settling sexual harassment case

NEW DELHI SEPT. 18. The software major Infosys today said the company is looking at all possibilities for a quick settlement of the alleged sexual harassment case against it and its former global sales head, Phaneesh Murthy, filed by a woman employee in the U.S.

"We are looking at all possibilities. Once both parties agree, all the relevant data will be given,'' the Infosys chief mentor, N. R. Narayan Murthy, told reporters here. He was replying to a question whether an out-of-court settlement of the dispute, raised by its former woman employee in the U.S. who was Phaneesh Murthy's aide, was possible. — PTI
