Priya Tendulkar dead

MUMBAI SEPT. 19. Noted actress and social activist Priya Tendulkar, died here today after cardiac arrest at her residence, family sources said. She was 48.

Priya, daughter of renowned playwright Vijay Tendulkar, started her career in Marathi theatre and in her later years fought for social causes through television serials, particularly `Rajni'
