As angry expatriates and their relatives, who sent the parcels, thronged the offices of UAE post, the department issued a press release on Saturday, blaming the `India post' of "non-cooperation even to hold talks" and "inaction" when it took up the issue with the Indian postal department. ``An official letter sent by us on September 8, complaining about the pile-up of containers, failed to elicit any response from India Post. Then we sent a follow-up letter seeking a meeting with India Post authorities, but the request was turned down,'' the UAE post added. `India Post' has refused to take delivery of the parcel only at Kochi while the service to Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai were running undisrupted, it said.
